Scientists at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10 percent of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society. The scientists, who are members of the Social Cognitive Networks Academic Research Center (SCNARC) at Rensselaer, used computational and analytical methods to discover the tipping point where a minority belief becomes the majority opinion. The finding has implications for the study and influence of societal interactions ranging from the spread of innovations to the movement of political ideals.

At the Western Media in the USA, Canada and Western Europe, Russia and Vladimir Putin have been declared enemies, adjudicating the same old Cold War fear and accompanying hate as part of the narrative constantly being disseminated in their news reports.
When I watched the last Winter Olympics in Sochi Russia, I was shocked at the avalanche of bad comments about Russia from the US TV broadcasters filling the waves with negativity, while at the very same time the CIA was busy orchestrating a Coup D'etat against a legitimate Ukrainian democratically elected government, using snipers to shoot and kill policemen and demonstrators to blame it on the government that resulted in a loss of support and credibility by his own party, and why he had to flee for his life, to Russia.
The fact the culprit snipers happened to be on the demonstrator's side, was confirmed by an intercepted phone call recording between the British Catherine Ashton representing the EU, and the Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet.
So while the Russians were busy trying to make a professional world quality presentation at the Olympics, the US and the EU were stabbing them on the back inciting a revolt at Russia's doorstep, triggering a bloody conflict bringing suffering to a whole nation in Ukraine.
Since the Media in the US, western Europe and Canada are so negative on Russia, here I present what I believe is an in-depth exposure with Vladimir Putin expressing in his own words what he's truly thinking, bypassing the "filters" performed in the Western corporate Media.
This first video shows Putin reacting in a frank, spontaneous manner when the German journalist questions the Russian president regarding the US missiles being deployed in Poland and the Czech Republic pointing on Russia's direction, with the question assuming in his tone the official ridiculous excuse used to justify them by stating they are in fact to protect Europeans against Iran and North Korea. The question is so stupid because the threat of non-existent rockets from Iran, which has none in their arsenal, and no plans to develop them, is impossible to take serious
This is why Putin started laughing joking with the pseudo-journalist about his question being a way for him to relax with a humorous opportunity at the end of a busy day.
One wonders if a Western politician reacted similarly when a stupid question was asked of her, what would be the public reaction? In Russia it plays well with the audiences.

The presentation below shows Vladimir Putin going into detail as to his views of the current world geopolitical order, offering us a wider perspective of his understanding and his approach to resolving the obstacles described above.
The next videos show why Vladimir Putin has such a high rating of acceptance in Russia, according to independent polls, hovering over 80% showing he has learned from the West's politicians how to use the Media to build his image.
Here Putin is using a Western Media political practice to be seen with the young crowds offering what in his view are the positive qualities of what they are doing. He puts emphasis in describing this style of Rap as having a Russian flavor, exposing social issues, and describes Breakedancing as having athletic demands not conducive to doing drugs and alcohol.
Here we see something never seen in the West, with an emperor-like demeanor telling the billionaire heads of companies to either re-start their production, or someone else will do it (suggesting the government) to employ the workers. No wonder he's popular with the Russian crowds of regular people, and even some Westerners I encounter in some blogs. Can you imagine a Western politician ordering a billionaire to sign a document like this to commit him to doing something he has been avoiding all along?
I have read about Western Olympic athletes stating they may not go to Russia's Summer Olympics because of Russia's attitude against Gay people, fearing they may be put in an uncomfortable position. So here we have Vladimir explaining his Russian take on it to the BBC, even mentioning British musician Elton John's popularity in Russia notwithstanding his known homosexuality.
Below is a good description of the forces shaping our reality today, and why Russia and Vladimir Putin have been the target of such negative accusations. Obama and his team of losers headed by John Kerry and Hillary Clinton attempted to make a repeat of that successful attack on Russia by going to the Saudis to ask them to over-produce again, as it happened and the reason the oil price collapsed again affecting worldwide economies.
The problem for Obama is that Vladimir Putin's team had learned their painful lesson from the 90's and this time they were fully prepared by accumulating a huge international reserves of cash, and Russia this time had hardly any foreign debts to cover, therefore whatever debts Moscow had were in Russian Roubles only. Putin again surprised Obama's team and acted in completely unexpected ways by cleverly connecting with the Saudis who were not happy about Obama because of the oil competition the US was doing with the Fracking oil production, the Iranian deal, and agreed to blast the world with over-production together with Russia (something the idiots in the White House never expected) and drove the oil price lower and for much longer than Obama expected, forcing the brand new Fracking Oil Corporations who were in debt to the tilt, to scramble for survival. The White House was forced to scramble by going to Wall Street to plead with the banks holding-off on the Fracking debts, against the oil companies.
This time the US attack boomeranged back against their own interests, while again Putin's chess moves proved to be beyond Obama's team comprehension.
